How It Works for You

Oxford Diagnostic Laboratories will submit your claim for the T-SPOT.TB test directly to your insurance company after reporting your T-SPOT.TB test result to your doctor.

Explanation of Benefits

After processing your claim, your insurance company will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). The EOB is not a bill. You should review it and contact us with any questions.


If your insurance company does not cover all or a portion of the cost of the test, we will appeal the decision on your behalf.

Financial Assistance

If you have a remaining balance (e.g., co-payments, co-insurance, deductible) for the T-SPOT.TB test after your health plan has paid its portion of the claim, you may be eligible for financial assistance if you cannot afford to pay or if you are uninsured. We also offer flexible payment plans.
