Explanation of Benefits
After processing your claim, your insurance company will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). The EOB is not a bill. You should review it and contact us with any questions.
If your insurance company does not cover all or a portion of the cost of the test, we will appeal the decision on your behalf.
If you have a remaining balance (e.g., co-payments, co-insurance, deductible) for the T-SPOT.TB test after your health plan has paid its portion of the claim, you may be eligible for financial assistance if you cannot afford to pay or if you are uninsured. We also offer flexible payment plans.
A Patient Support Specialist will work with you to determine if you are eligible for financial assistance or payment plan options.
