Dr. Charles Handorf
Dr. Handorf has over 37 years’ experience in clinical laboratory medicine. He is the retired Professor and Chair of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and has published widely with focus on new and emerging technologies. Additionally, he has served in numerous capacities in regional and national organizations, including President of the Tennessee Medical Association and founding chair of the Alternate Site Testing Committee of the College of American Pathologists. Dr. Handorf earned his medical degree and his Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Tennessee and is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology.
